研究方向介绍

       能源、化工行业是制造业不可或缺的重要组成部分,其生产总值占我国制造业的46.9%,整个工业的39.52%,但其所发生事故的频率和危害,远远高于其他行业,已成为制约产业健康发展的关键问题。以体系化安全管控理念为牵引,研究开发以集成高效检验检测为基础、以协同管控和多闭环综合保障为核心、以组态工业软件为载体的装备服役质量安全管控与检验检测技术与系统已成为解决该难题的核心关键和必然趋势。

       以典型能源、化工装备系统为研究对象,从大系统、复杂系统、设备群的角度及装备系统服役质量集成控制的思路出发,以提升装备服役质量安全集成管控和检验检测技术为目标,融合现代复杂系统工程、统计学习、大数据分析等理论,以互联、物联、云计算等技术为支撑,按照“模型驱动、物网融合、预控协同、动态改进”的理念,以“企业问题引领—链条集成化设计—关键技术突破—系统平台支撑”为技术主线,重点针对能源、化工装备服役质量安全管控中的关键问题,从“集成高效检验监测、复杂状态协同控制、多重闭环综合保障、工业安全组态软件”等方面开展研究。
